Scope the engagement

A 30-minute call with you (and optionally your client) to confirm scope, fit, and timing. I can sign your NDA before we talk specifics, or use mine. Either works.

Deliver under your brand

I work directly in your client's repo, on your Slack, under your MSA. Reports and PR descriptions can carry your branding. You stay the face of the engagement.

Handoff and invoice

I deliver the work, document the handoff, and invoice you on the agreed fixed fee. You bill your client on your own terms, with your own margin.

Non-solicit by default. I don't pursue your clients during the engagement or for the period you specify in your MSA. Your relationships are yours.
Your paperwork or mine. I'll sign your NDA, MSA, and SOW. If you don't have templates, I have clean ones ready to go.
Fixed-fee where possible. No time-tracking surprises. Sprint-sized deliverables with clear acceptance criteria so you know exactly what you're reselling.
~2 week lead time. Most sprints book a couple of weeks ahead. Rush slots occasionally available. I'll always tell you exactly when I can start.
Direct communication. No account managers, no handoffs. You talk to me, I talk to you. If your client needs to be in the room, I can be there under your brand.
